Celebrate National History Month

Celebrate National History Month

To celebrate National History Month in August, Hawkesbury Library Service will hold several events for those interested in discovering more about their ancestry.

Family history is more than just names and dates, it is also interpreting what the events mean, and connecting the dots to discover the unique stories about family history. The basic facts are the foundations of any quality family history but to make the most of your story, you need to explore a range of resources to help flesh out the story, to put it into context and bring it to life. Celebrate family history and come along to the Library’s National History Month events, a time to celebrate family history.
