An investigation is underway after a man was injured during a home invasion at Gilham Street, Castle Hill, this morning (Thursday).
About 8.45am Hills Police Area Command officers found a 55-year-old man suffering a wound to his chest. He was treated at the scene and was take to Westmead Hospital to undergo surgery.
Inquiries are continuing.
